A careful mix of Assam, Ceylon and Kenya teas perhaps the most famous blend in the world.
Assam gives the blend strength, Ceylon flavour and balance and the Kenya colour; together they produce a tea strong enough to be drunk with an English breakfast of bacon and eggs. Also refeshing enough to be drunk on its own to get your day off to a good start. Brew with fresh boiled water and steep for 4-5 minutes.
