Kokoa is an award winning hot chocolate available in good coffee shops and now also for you to enjoy at home. The collection brings you chocolate sourced from single origins, each with their own character and in a variety of cocoa percentages to suit all tastes.
1. Place 3 tablets of chocolate in a cup.
2. Cover with boiling water and allow to soften for 15 seconds then pour away the excess water. Alternatively, melt in a microwave for a few seconds.
3. Measure 175ml hot milk.
4. Cover the melted chocolate with a little of the hot milk and mix to a smooth paste.
5. Slowly whisk in the rest of the milk.
